reflections:: 9:38am. I woke up a bit later today – just before my alarm went off, but then laid in bed before taking a cold shower. It’s in the book, but challenging to force myself to do, so I’m adding it to my list of routines. Yoga this am was cool in that by incorporating new asanas into my morning flow, I’m actually noticing more progress in my other asanas also. And I’m becoming ever more aware of my breath sporadically throughout the day.
